Mini Crunchy Taco Bowls
For some reason, everything is better when it’s a ‘mini’.

Want to add some extra goodness to your day? Start consuming more blueberries – an amazing superfood (at least in my book)!
Eating 1-2 servings a day of fruit is extremely beneficial for everyone (unless you have issues with low blood sugar or diabetes, then stick to 1/2 – 1 serving a day). Choosing healthy carbs, like blueberries, are low in sugar, will give you good energy and will provide you with an array of amazing nutrients.
This is a wonderful, in depth article on how margarine and butter substitutes are created and the affect this process can have on the human body! I realize that this may not seem like a hot topic for a blog post, but believe me, if you take the few minutes it will take to read this – you will be glad you did!

Move over Egg McMuffin. You’ve got nothing on me.
I’m a firm believer that McDonalds offers no healthy menu options. No matter what their marketing team says.

Many people don’t even have an option, so this may not apply to some people, but what if you do?
A few years ago I had a blog. A fun blog. It was called “p.s. love.love.” and it embodied my everyday life as a mom, wife, aunt, health coach, teacher and more. It was a way to document my daily life. I started out writing it for family, but soon became something I was writing for the many followers who had hopped on board my blogging train. The image above was taken around the time of which I am speaking. In the prime of my blogging career.
Healthy. Living healthy. This is all the rage these days – especially at the beginning of the new year.
Think about all the fitness centers and gyms popping up on every corner. What about all the new and fashionable diets you can find out there? Have you ever checked out the health/fitness section at the bookstore?
Crazy full of cookbooks, the latest diet plans and all those must have exercise books.
But really, do people really care about “true health”?
I wish shopping for food was as easy as it was 50 years ago. Going to a small local market or maybe just your back yard. Organic wasn’t a term splashed all over the place and you didn’t fear that your food was actually, fake. Unfortunately, we don’t live in that time anymore.
